Viajar Verde is our new sustainable tourism media partner in Brazil

Viajar Verde and Travindy have agreed to collaborate on providing news and stories of sustainable tourism in Brazil. This partnership agreement aims to give greater visibility to sustainable tourism initiatives through the publication of news, stories and case studies on both websites and social networks.

Viajar Verde is the first news website in Brazil entirely dedicated to discussing sustainable tourism initiatives, with the aim of engaging and raising awareness about sustainable tourism amongst Brazilian travellers, companies, organisations and authorities. It was founded by journalist Ana Duék in 2015 and since then has worked as a platform for sharing and inspiring best practices in tourism. Viajar Verde works closely with partners such as the Green Passport UNEP campaign, ABETA – Brazilian Association of Ecotourism, and Adventure Travel and The International Ecotourism Society (TIES).

Whilst supplying Travindy’s readers with the latest news on sustainable tourism in Brazil, we’ll also bring the readers of Viajar Verde our international news and opinion from both our English and Spanish sites. This is the first Latin American agreement in our effort to create an international platform for sustainable tourism news and stories. Do not hesitate to contact us if you know someone working in sustainable tourism that would like to join our network of professionals working for a better tourism.
